An archive of old web designs, or as many as I could find. For vanity's sake. Click on the thumbnails for a bigger version. |
Ahh, the humble Pita, precursor of the weblog before people knew what a weblog was. This is the earliest of the web endeavours I could find. Observe the use of the stupid DHTML trick. |
This one is really old. It used to be a blog of some sort, although I can't really tell you what it contained. The pictures are from the back of Sandman: The Dream Hunters and are by Yoshitaka Amano, who was incredibly influential in designing many of the Final Fantasy games. |
The Inevitable Dave Matthews Layout. Or, Alice learns CSS positioning and inline frames. I liked this one very much. |
Coraline. The subject of a delightful little book by Neil Gaiman. Illustration by Dave McKean. |
The "aurora-journal," as Shani calls it. |
The winter layout. I was also quite pleased with this one. |
Hobbit in springtime. I thought I'd continue with the whole seasonally themed layout thing, because I'm all creative like that, but I can't say I'm all enamored of this one aesthetically (too much green). It was just salt in the wound that I had to fight my way through all those fucking frames. But, hobbit! Vulnerable! Cute! |
A design for a booklog that I never really got off the ground. I think I may have to reuse this at some point, because vintage porn never goes out of style. |
